Les cancers hématologiques rares et agressifs dans leur écosystème
Coordonné par le Pr Florence Nguyen-Khac et le Dr Vincent Vieillard
Les cancers immuno-hématologiques rares regroupent les leucémies pédiatriques, les cancers des immunodéprimés (greffés ou porteurs du VIH) qui sont insuffisamment étudiés et exclus des protocoles de recherche clinique.
Les principaux objectifs de ce programme sont de :
- Caractériser au niveau génomiques et immuno-génomique ces tumeurs rares et explorer les interactions du microenvironnement hôte et tumeur.
- Développer des outils diagnostiques innovants prédictifs de l’évolution.
- Mettre en place des thérapies innovantes et des procédures de suivi des effets à long terme dans les tumeurs rares de l’adulte et de l’enfant.
