The Patients University is an innovative pedagogical device that consists in integrating patient-experts from the associative world into university courses leading to a degree in therapeutic education.

The Patients’ University hosts 3 University degrees:
- University degrees in health democracy for users’ representatives
- University degrees to the mission of accompanying the patient’s journey in cancerology
- University degrees in Therapeutic Education training
Pr. Catherine Tourette-Turgis MCU-HDR Director of the Master Therapeutic Education of the Patient UPMC Sorbonne-Universities, Paris. Researcher at the Cnam Training Research Center Teacher at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales Founder of the University of Patients. At the invitation of Pr Alain Golay (head doctor of the Department of Therapeutic Education for chronic diseases at the HUG) as part of a day-long debate organised for professionals, associations and patients.
