CONECT-AML<\/strong> (CO<\/strong>llaborative NE<\/strong>twork on research for C<\/strong>hildren and T<\/strong>eenagers with A<\/strong>cute M<\/strong>yeloid L<\/strong>eukemia) is a collaborative network of several teams of researchers, medical biologists and pediatric hematologists, spread throughout metropolitan France, working on acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in children and adolescents. CONECT-AML was born out of the reflection generated by the Programme d’Actions Int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de Recherche (PAIR<\/a>) in pediatric oncology, under the impetus of the INCa<\/a> (Institut du Cancer) in close collaboration with the French Society for the Fight against Childhood and Adolescent Acute Cancer and Leukaemia (SFCE<\/a>).<\/p>\n This project is funded by the National Cancer Institute<\/a>, the French League against Cancer<\/a> and the ARC Foundation<\/a> as part of the Programme d’Actions Int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de Recherche (PAIR<\/a>) in pediatric oncology (InCa-ARC-LIGUE_11905 grant<\/a>). It is also supported by the association Laurette Fugain<\/a>, by the Association for Research on Hematological Diseases of Children (ARMHE) and by the association Les 111 des arts<\/a>.<\/p>\n It is coordinated by Pr Arnaud PETIT<\/a> with the support of Pr Guy LEVERGER (Trousseau Hospital, APHP<\/a>; Sorbonne University<\/a>).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\nThe aim of this national network is to accelerate research and improve the care of these young AML patients.<\/p>\n
